About school

The Summer School Robotics and Neurorobotics is planned for September 18-29, 2023 at Bialystok University of Technology, Poland. The offer is aimed at master’s and bechalours students, with priority given to robotics, neurorobotics students. Nevertheless, the Robotics and Neurorobotics Summer School is intended for all students interested in new sciences at the borderline of artificial intelligence, robotics, robotic systems and neurorobotics.

Lectures and practical courses will cover aspects related to robotics, artificial intelligence, nerorobotics and robotic swarm systems. During practical sessions, we will program experiments to understand the need to use artificial intelligence in broadly understood robotic systems and their impact on the external environment. Other topic will be “Intelligent cooperative control of autonomous robots”. Basic information on issues related to the control of groups of mobile robots will be presented. Also “Artificial potential fields in the position tracking in the case of nonholonomic” will be presented. Taking into account innovative methods used in robots design the problem of vibration-based energy harvesting system of mechanical structures with using piezoelectric sensors will be consider.

20 ECTS are provided for participation in the Summer School of Robotics and Neurorobotics.

scholarships are available via the DAAD Go East Summer School Program.
