\n

Department of Machine Design and Exploitation <\/strong>was established in 2005 as a result of combination of: Department of Fundamentals of Machine Design and the Department of Motor Vehicles.<\/p>\n

Currently, 14 people works at the Department: 6 associate professors, 6 assistant professors and 2 technical employees<\/p>\n

  1. Agricultural vehicles pneumatic braking systems experimental research and modeling<\/li>\n
  2. Vehicles braking systems empirical and theoretical tests<\/li>\n
  3. Alternative energy sources<\/li>\n
  4. Internal combustion engines classic and alternative supply systems<\/li>\n
  5. Technological processes and construction nodes friction issues<\/li>\n
  6. Heterogeneous materials and welded connections fatigue and fracture strength<\/li>\n
  7. Research on tribological, thermal and mechanical properties of composite materials (traditional and hybrid)<\/li>\n
